The popular TweetDeck is coming to IPhone tonight at 9:00pm Pacific Time. TweetDeck is the leading desktop application for Twitter. Kevin Rose posted a brief post this morning letting everyone know. Now Mashable and Kevin Rose have tested the app and are super excited about it's release.
Now TweetDeck competes with Seesmic Desktop on the desktop, and popular mobile client Tweetie and Twitterific on the iPhone. What TweetDeck brings lot's of new features that allow you to leave your desk and have the exact same experience and data on your phone. Many Twitter applications are moving in this direction: Tweetie already has a Mac version, while an iPhone app is on the way from Seesmic.
The app also syncs with the desktop version, providing a complete desktop and mobile solution for Twitter power users. The feature list includes:
- Column based friend groups (like TweetDeck desktop)
- TweetDeck desktop syncing (make a change on the iphone and it’s reflected back on the PC)
- Facebook (Facebook) toolbar like status updates
- Multiple account support
- Flicking to move between columns
- Shake to refresh

As far as I'm concerned I'm ready for TweetDeck. I have to admit I love Twitterific for my mobile Tweet needs, but I seriously can't wait until TweetDeck's IPhone app is available, hopefully tonight!
